Markos Doufos - Founder
He studied in the Financial School of Legal & Financial Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He started his career in National Bank of Greece (1962-1969). In 1969 he founded the Computer Service Bureau «Mechanologistiki N.G. Ltd.», today Logismos-Mechanologistiki S.A. During 1978 he founded "EXPO - M.Doufos Ltd.". In 1980 he founded the Publishing Company Ektipotiki Voriou Ellados S.A. He was for 30 years member in the board of directors of Federation of Industries of Northern Greece and also a member in the board of Thessaloniki Chamber of Industry & Commerce.

Board of Directors
John Doufos - Chairman
Graduated in 1985 from the American College of Anatolia. He holds a Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and is a Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Industrial Management at AUTH. During 1990–1991, he served as a member of the marketing financial services Hewlett Packard S.A team at Hewlett Packard S.A. in England. Since 2011, he has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Industries of Northern Greece. He has been employed by the Company since 1986. He served as an Executive Member of the Board of Directors from 1986 to 1995, and as Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board from 1996 to 2009. Since 2010, he has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Alexandros Doufos - Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Graduated in 1989 from the American College of Anatolia. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). He specialized in hydraulics, environmental engineering, and water resources management at the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse E.N.S.E.E.H.I.T. France και στο University of Hanover. He served as Commercial Director at Ektypotriki Voreiou Ellados EPE during 1996–1998, and as Development Manager at E.V.E. A.E. from 1998 to 2003. Since 2014, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Exporters' Association of Northern Greece. He has been working at the Company since 2003, and has been an Executive Member of the Board of Directors since that year. Since 2010, he has held the positions of Vice-Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Nikolaos Pappas - Non Executive Member of the Board, Non Executive Vice Chairman
He holds a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) and serves as an Unpaid Assistant Professor at the Higher Industrial School of Thessaloniki (now the University of Macedonia) since 1979. He was one of the founding members of the Goody’s, where he served as Vice-Chairman for more than a decade. His business activity also includes participation in many companies with diverse activities (catering, financial services and trade). He serves on the Boards of Directors of the companies: INTERSALONICA, WONDERLANT S.A. He has been a Non-Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors since 2006. Since 2022, he has held the position of Non-Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Evangelos Katsadas-Executive Member
He studied Physics at the Aristottle University of Thessaloniki and continued his studies at the University of Rochester, Electrical Engineering Department where he was awarded a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Microelectronics and Computer Architecture. He has been Production Director at Logismos since 2004. In the preceding four years, he served as Director of the Consulting Department at Logismos. From 1990 to 1992, he was Director of the Module Library & Advanced Software Development Group at IMEC (Interuniversity Microelectronics Center) in Belgium. From 1995 to 1997, he coordinated a team of expert consultants (experts) to conduct a feasibility study on establishing an Industrial Informatics network in Northern Greece, within the framework of the project "The Future of Greek Industry" of the Ministry of Industry and Technology (YVET)". He has over 25 years of experience in the design, management/implementation of IT projects, innovation management, ERP/CRM systems, casino management systems, and IT infrastructure design. Since 2005, he has been a member of the International Industrial Board of the Computer Science Department of the University of Sheffield International Faculty, CITY College. He has been employed by the Company since 2000, and since 2017 has served as Director of Research & Development and Executive Member of the Board of Directors.
Yvoni - Eleni Doufou - Non Executive Member of the Board
She holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Surrey and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from University College London (UCL). She has international professional experience in business analysis, consulting, and digital application interface design. She began her professional career at Logismos S.A., where she worked as a Business Analyst. She subsequently worked in the international consulting market through Glue Reply in the United Kingdom, then as a UX Designer at Power Factors, and later as a UI/UX Designer at Atcom, where she currently works. She has an excellent command of English and a very good knowledge of Spanish.
Panagiota Tsaoutou– Independent No Executive Member
Graduated in 1995 from the Department of Accounting and Finance of the American College of Greece (Deree) and holds a Master's degree (1996) in the same field from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom. She began her professional career in the family business EPSA S.A., based in Agria, Volos, where she was actively involved in administrative and operational roles. From 2004 to 2023, she held the position of Managing Director, with concurrent responsibility for the development and management of the company's export activities. She remains to this day a member of the Board of Directors of EPSA S.A. and AGRIA EMPORIKI S.A. Since 1997, she has operated a business in the production of aromatic substances for soft drinks. Since 2022, she has been an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors.
Polyzois Doukas – Independent No Executive Member
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Higher Industrial School of Thessaloniki. He worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young Greece S.A. and as an internal auditor at a company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. For several years, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a business group whose parent company was listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. He currently works as an executive at a large, export-oriented industrial company in Northern Greece. Since 2018, he has been an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors.
